Château Hourtin-Ducasse, located in Saint-Sauveur, near the town of Pauillac, produces a « Haut-Médoc, Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée ».
In this family vineyard, you will be welcomed in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The owners will talk to you with passion about their wine, and their methods of exploitation, in order to produce a wine that is more and more respectful of the environment. In addition to this responsible approach, they took on another challenge: noGGIN!
Indeed, the MARENGO family has created this spirit drink, directly from their garden … (Nettles, juniper berry, we will not say the recipe …)
Not to mention, “Les Roses de Marie”, their « rosé » for our beautiful summer evenings! Whether you are an amateur, make the detour and go to the Château HOURTIN-DUCASSE!
For the LACANAU PASS, Michel, Marie and their seven children propose:
A free tasting around a plate of terroir, described as follows: “La Verticale: installed at the Wine Bar, we will taste 3 of our vintages to discover the character of each. We will take this opportunity to tell you about our approach to the vine and wine, determining in the expression of their talents.
Free – By appointment – Up to 10 people – 45 mn. Option “primeur” (5 €): if you also want to taste our last vintage, still in breeding, we will take it together in the barrel. We will end our tasting with Les Roses de Marie and noGGIN, made from grapes grown on our terroir. “
Most: depending on the weather, tasting at the Wine Bar, in the cellar, or in the heart of the vineyards!
